Not entirely. Just the bare skeleton underneath everything is made of foam.

Not to self promote myself or anything, but I am the proud owner of this mask now :)

Would just like to say that this mask was way above my expectations when I tried it on for the first time. It is almost impossible to see that you are actually looking through the slants in the middle of the section of the piece, and I cannot wait to perform live with it, will get some video footage and link back to here.
TwoHornsUnited delivers, and the creative mastermind in charge of building this mask has left me nothing short of speechles.
